As an ex Professor in Bombay University Circles, is an Academician cum Industry innovator who is known by his students and Industries in Mumbai and USA for his pioneering work in different areas in Electronics, Communication, Linux, Embedded Designs, IoT Gateways and Data Structures and algorithms. He holds an M.TECH(CS) for IIT Bombay and worked his way through Microprocessors SDKs for Industrial designs, Software optimizations for Chemical belt in Thane-Belapur belt providing the needed make in India low cost custom solutions. His tenure with Bombay University, BITs Pliani and consulting course development work in USA for Sun Microsystems JDK 1.2, Embedded OS with ARM, RasPi , training as he excels in are just part of his belief in being vocal for locals. He is the co-founder and President brain behind the Open Technology Forum and eMerging Open Tech Foundation. This is a big step and all of us wish to salute our co-founder to help build the bridge between India and Global Technical community. Patience is hallmark and a very quiet and humble no-nonsense behind the scene player.
Mr. Prakash Ramchandran: Secretary and Co-founder
Known for his startup mentality and experimenting on the job and a clear innovator known across as mover and shaker. Curretnly Sr. Member IEEE CS, CommSoc, Co-chair Edge Service WG, Nextgeneration Future Networks and active contributor to Optics as well AIML for last 3 years, can review recordings therein for Podcasts, Webminar & white papers. He is an IITB alumni M.TECH (EE Communication) - 1980 batch professional. He is hands on and a well known speaker in the industry on Technology matters. Last 15 years his focus on Cloud, telco, edge, IOT & 5G and moved to Education, Health & Fintech in pandemic & post-pandemic era. He used to handle tehese as part of ICT Consulting in 2000s. His vision is focus 2030 to deliver on Indias promised GDP of 10 Trillion. He has helped build teams all around US, India, China and widely travelled globally. His current focus is work with President and Exec team to guide India to it's deserved place in the global scheme of both Material and Abstract world of Indian philosophy to serve for a greater cause beyond self.
Dr. Malini Bhandaru: Director (eOTF) Open Technology leader pursuing diversity
It's rare to find a leader who has lived through and fought for diversity across the specturm fom K2-12 students, Women in Technology, Corporate across VMware, Intel to name a few over last decade. With Beachelors in Physics & Math from Mumbai, Masters in CS for IISC Benglauru, and PHD in CS from University of Massachusetts Amherst she has seen Research as well Industry right through three decades. Starting from TIFR in Mumbai she moved to Boston and worked in several Telcos like GTE (now Version) & Billing Software at eDocs(now Oracle), Medical Devices (ComBrio) /Tufts, Nuance Communications (VoIP) before she worked for Intel on OpenStack and for last 3 years at VMware lieading Open Source ML groups for IoT & Edge. Currently she is focused on Confidential computing at Intel. She is helping eOTF for CSR & SDG intiatives to tap into funding for projects that mean a value for innovation in xT3 efforts of eOTF.
Asst. Prof.Vipin Rathi : VP eOTF / Asst. Prof. Delhi University - Ramanujan CollegeCurrently he is the Vice Chair of Open Infrastructure Foundation (OIF) and Indi member Board of Director OIF. Very Pragmatic having found and run several Open Source Software organizations is a brilliant innovator who has been working with University and Education system with Policy and clear thinking as what is the vision of Open Source and how to practically deliver its including Education, Teleco, 5G, Fintech, Quantum Technology , and has published several papers on Blockchain, Infrastructure automation and has built a team of dedicated students who enable the vision of make in India and contributing to Open Source & Technology globally. The pandemic has moved him from JNU where he was doing his PHD to Ramanujam college which is his ground zero for all he does for OTF & Open Source & Open Infrastructure to 5G. Clearly a future that awaits him to take India to be contributor to Open Source & Technology than just be a consumer. With PHD in Public Health Administration (Bengaluru), Ganesh Hiregaoudar has been quietly organizing the Open Source movement and FOSS staring late 1990s working for Sun Microsystems. Later he switched to Dell and has been leading several groups there to support Hardware Software projects and managed several leading programs such as Airhip 2.0 Dell open source team & Baremeal Operators. Switched to VMware to support Tanzu and Field Services and is refocussing on Solution and Infastruture Integration, Service automation and Service Reliability Engineering(SRE). He has been working is different communities in and around Bengaluru and contributes his share of community service in heath and public service and key leader for OTF Halth Trasform Thru Technology (OTF-HT3) group. He is currently with Dell as Director for Telco Solution Engineering and speaks occassionally at various ICT summits.
Asst. Prof. Vipin Pavithan: CyberSecurity SME (Amrita University)
Vipin P. is a cyber-security professor at Amrita Center for Cybersecurity Systems and Networks, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. He is the founder and chief mentor of internationally recognized student clubs - amFOSS, Team bi0s, and Team Shakti . He is also known for organizing the premiere InCTF and InCTF Junior - cyber-security contests, which were first of its kind in India when they were introduced. His achievemnets are numerous and leads eOTF Cybersecurity efforts and moving to Quatum computing to deliver in coming decade. With cyber attcks and ransomware shaking the foundation of multilateral World Trade Organization (WTO), supply chain post pandemic need Cybersecurity skills he has devloped through his personal and institutes efforts. We look forward to his consulting role as OTF Cybersecurity expert to support Nation Cybersecurity drive with global allies. Mr Chintan Oza: Director eOTF, Evnagelist and Industry Analyst, Director Founders Institute Chintan has a background in Management from HaaS school of business and led sevral Telcos on million dollar projects for Reliance, Tatas and various fintech and starups. Leading various debates, Panels and his passion for Industry analysis is well known and can switch form Telco, Education, Healthcare to now Quantum Computing. A versetile analyst and active Marketing Guru now leading Founders Institute to fund talents in India. OTF is fortunate have as ExCom Director and voluntees to put plans for Speakers and mentors many of them to provide right message to audience. A pleasent personality and a go getter. We see him evolve and work with the team to take greater role as he matures and learns form the market. A very nationalistic and focussed on for Make in India and innovation for providing enterprnuers the needed Marketing support. He has been a tremendous help to OTF-HT3 team for support during Covid-19 pandemic both in first(2020) and second wave(2021) in India, working late nights to ensure one finds the righ bed at right hospitals, gets the oxygen, testing support besides supporting his family and community at New Bombay.

Mr. Sanil Kumar: Head SODA India & TF-Exec - Embedded Sofware SME
Looks are deceptive as they say if you are internal system and merchant silicon focussed. We have Sanil Kumar who has architected, designed devloped low level embedded realt time software for systems starting 2000 and got into nitty gritty of Linux kernel to build device drivers and plugins that hides the complexity of hetrogenious ISA for x86, ARM, RISCV and you name it. With string of roles at L&T, STMicro, Huawei managing and assiting global teams has taken the role to head the SODA foundtion for Open Data Framework for Storage use by Hybrid cloud and help Container manage persistant satates. He has several honours and dozens of technical publications to show up last decade. Dr. S.P.Agarwal has led the Ramannujan Colleges "Teaching & Learning Center(TLC) for over 5 years since establishment. The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) launched the Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT). One of the main objectives of this mission is to facilitate teacher training by constituting Teaching Learning Centres in various institutions of higher education in India and allied coountries. The TLCs are mandated to promote continuously the learning of new pedagogical practices.The methodology of forming discipline-specific curricula, and creating new learning materials (including e-content) for use by the teachers in colleges and postgraduate departments. Ramanujan College, University of Delhi, was awarded Teaching Learning Centre (TLC) under the PMMMNMTT scheme of the Ministry of HRD in the year 2017. The advisory role played by Dr. SPA has helped eOTF to work with University & GoI programs to translate the Education Transformation through Technology (OTF-ET3) led by his team Asst.
